1. Introduction
Welcome to Beauty by Zayna. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services
Beauty by Zayna offers professional makeup and other beauty services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Clients must book appointments in advance via our website.

  • All appointments booked on a public holiday, will incur a 15% surcharge.

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will result in a shortened session. Beauty by Zayna has the right to refuse service/s if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

  • Any delays during the appointment due to the client, will result in a $50 fee for every 30 minute delay.

  • Failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any future bookings may be refused.

  • If a client cancels their booking for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited as the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in an cancellation fee.

  • Beauty by Zayna reserves the rights to cancel any service at their discretion. If the business owner initiates cancellation for reasons unrelated to the client, any deposit paid will be fully refunded (exceptions apply - see below).

Exceptions to Refund Eligibility:

A deposit will not be refunded if the business cancels due to any of the following:

  • The client is rude, aggressive, inappropriate, or behaves in a way that negatively impacts the business or its reputation.

  • The client provides false or misleading information during booking (e.g. incorrect location, undisclosed number of people, brides booking general services instead of bridal services, etc).

  • The client is a no show.

  • The client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.

  • The client causing atleast a 30 minute delay that result in the artist being late for their next scheduled appointment.

  • The client fails to comply with agreed terms, including travel arrangements, hygiene standards, or payment deadlines.

  • The client breaches any other agreed-upon terms, either in writing or verbally discussed.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Deposits of 50% will be required to secure all bookings, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Payment for services must be made in full before the service date or at the time of service only if paying in cash.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

5. Travel

  • Travel services incur additional costs based on labour and distance from the home studio location in Gregory Hills. Clients may also opt to visit the Beauty by Zayna home studio instead. Full details are discussed after booking.

  • Beauty by Zayna offers mobile services and can travel to clients with a minimum group booking of three people or equivalent in services.

  • Travel is offered to all bridal clients on their wedding day, however all bridal trials must take place at our home studio.

  • For international or interstate bookings, all travel-related expenses, including flights, accommodation, car hire, fuel, and food, are at the client’s expense.

  • Travel fees must be agreed upon and paid before the scheduled service.

  • Additional charges may apply for extended travel distances, or last-minute travel arrangements.

  • Clients are responsible for arranging suitable parking for the artist at or near the service location. If paid parking is required, the cost must be covered by the client.

  • If the client has instructed the artist to park illegally due to no available parking, the client will be held liable to pay the fine.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before the service.

  • Clients should arrive with a clean face if receiving a makeup service.

  • Beauty by Zayna is not responsible for adverse reactions if pre-existing conditions are not disclosed.

7. Hygiene & Safety

  • We maintain the highest hygiene standards and use only sanitized tools and products.

  • If a client exhibits symptoms of illness, we reserve the right to refuse service.

8. Liability

  • Beauty by Zayna is not liable for any reactions or issues resulting from products used during the service.

  • Clients agree to receive services at their own risk.

9. Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service-related communication.

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

10. Amendments

  • Beauty by Zayna reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
